Payninja Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Payninja! Payninja is a brand of Rectangle Fintech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "Payninja"). Payninja is a technology platform that provides a user-friendly interface (UI) for digital financial services and advisory services in partnership with RBI licensed banks. We are not a bank ourselves.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Payninja website (NinjaPay.org) and any mobile applications associated with Payninja (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

2. Important Disclaimers

Not a Bank: Payninja is not a bank. We are a technology platform that facilitates access to certain financial services offered by our partner banks.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, and browser information.
Security: Payninja is a PCI DSS certified platform. We strive to provide a secure environment for your transactions, but we cannot guarantee complete security. It is your responsibility to protect your login credentials and other confidential information.
Third-Party Banks: You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective banks you choose to interact with through Payninja.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your
password, card number, expiry date, CVV, PIN, OTP, and any other confidential information. You are
also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Never share your confidential information with anyone, even if they claim to be from Payninja.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of
Payninja or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may
not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without our express
written permission.

5. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not
to use the Services:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
To harm, threaten, or abuse any other person.
To impersonate any person or entity.
To interfere with the operation of the Services.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any computer systems or networks
connected to the Services.
To transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE
SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as
described in this Privacy Policy.
